Charlie is a beautiful example of the heart and purpose behind our Best Paw Forward Head Start Training Program. Through intentional guidance, enrichment, and hands-on training, Charlie developed into a confident, responsive, and well-mannered companion before heading home to her wonderful forever family. During her time in the program, Charlie worked on foundational skills such as sit, down, and stay, while also building strong engagement with her handler. She practiced these commands both indoors and outdoors, learning how to remain focused even with gentle distractions around her. Charlie was also introduced to structured routines, crate comfort, and positive reinforcement training, helping her develop confidence and clarity as she learned. Our goal with every Best Paw Forward puppy is to provide calm leadership and clear communication so each puppy begins life with a strong and balanced foundation. Mental enrichment played an important role in Charlie’s development as well. Activities like snuffle mats and problem-solving games helped her build confidence, patience, and thoughtful engagement while having fun. Charlie quickly showed herself to be a smart, attentive girl who loves learning and connecting with people. Her progress throughout training made her a joy to work with and a wonderful representation of what intentional early training can accomplish. Today, Charlie is thriving with her new family — a proud Best Paw Forward Graduate and a reminder of how early guidance, structure, and love help shape exceptional companions.

Luna is a confident, people-loving chocolate tuxedo Australian Labradoodle with a beautiful presence and a sweet, engaging personality. Her rich chocolate coat paired with her striking tuxedo markings gives her a classic, elegant look that perfectly matches her bright and affectionate spirit. From the start, Luna showed a natural confidence and strong connection to people. She is attentive, loving, and enjoys being involved in whatever her family is doing. Her playful nature and engaging personality make her a wonderful companion for an active household. Luna now lives with her sweet family of five, where she has quickly become a beloved part of their home. With an active family that enjoys spending time together, Luna fits right in—bringing energy, affection, and companionship to their daily life.
